One of our most popular progressives is back!

This 10-week progressive with Demi Reign will be focused on harnessing + exploring hyper sexual/sensual movement.

Expect fresh choreography with an emphasis on exploration as we romance the floor.

Levels: to ensure injury prevention students will be learning to execute:

- Walking in platform shoes + transitions on/off the floor

- Shoulder rolls forwards + backwards

- Fake splits + and so many other funnnnnnn tricks!

What To Wear: fitted clothing, something to cover your knees (pants or kneepads). Heels optional (Pleasers welcome!)

Students will be required to supply their own costume.

We will do our best to make this as accessible as possible + utilize pieces you might already have or want to have for future shows!
