We cannot afford to issue refunds or transfers unless there is an extenuating circumstance. Ex: death in the family or major injury*
If you cancel less than 24 hours before class/no-show, you will be charged a $15 late cancel fee.
SEPTEMBER 1, 2023 CHANGE* If you cancel within 48 hours of class, you will be charged a $10 late cancel fee.
If a spot is reserved in class + the punch pass member does not show up without 24-hours notice, a class will be automatically deducted from your pass.
No refunds, partial refunds, or make-up classes for any offering.
SPRING/SUMMER 2024 POLICY: classes with less than 4 guests booked within a 8 hour window will be cancelled. Any pass used will be credited back to your account.
