6PM - Barre-lesque
This is a low impact, high energy workout class designed to tighten your booty, increase your strength and build on the fundamentals for all dance styles. Join us for weekly cross-training to complement your dance training and gain strength to execute advanced movement and push yourself to the next level. This class is derived from ballet barre exercises but expect fun music, high repetition, isolated movement and flexibility training. Song requests always welcome. See you at the barre!
7PM - Luminesque Heels Class
Grab your heels, grab your girlfriends, and get to class. Classes are open level and we welcome women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and styles to attend. Here's what to expect:
BREATHE: Begin with a chance to get out of your head and back into your body. Each class begins with a moment of mindful breath technique to help relieve stress and get you focused
GLOW: Get your glow on with our specially designed Luminesque Workout. Created by our fitness and dance professionals, this part of class will teach you proper alignment, heels dance technique and fitness conditioning to keep your body strong and safe
GLISTEN: Warm and ready? Now we get to have fun! Our repetition exercises and soul shakedown help you learn to strut, turn, booty pop… everything you need for a bumpin’ dance party
SHINE: Each class you’ll learn a brand new piece of Heels choreography from one of our incredible instructors. Our Luminesque style is a fusion of burlesque, jazz, waacking, trap, hip hop and more!
